On a recent Wednesday interview, Vice President Kamala Harris shared her preparedness to step up to the presidency if needed, given President Biden’s age and health discussions. As President Biden, currently 80, is set to turn 81 in a couple of months, he retains the title of the oldest sitting president in U.S. history. While Harris labeled any conversations about her assuming presidential duties as “hypothetical,” she emphasized her readiness.
Harris said:
“Joe Biden is going to be fine, so that is not going to come to fruition. But let us also understand that every vice president — every vice president — understands that when they take the oath they must be very clear about the responsibility they may have to take over the job of being president.”
“I see him every day. A substantial amount of time we spend together is in the Oval Office, where I see how his ability to understand issues and weave through complex issues in a way that no one else can to make smart and important decisions on behalf of the American people have played out.”

Although debates about Biden’s age persist, Harris stands firm in her support of him. In a recent AP/NORC poll, 77% of Americans, including 69% of Democrats, expressed concerns about Biden’s age as a potential impediment to serving another term.
Notably, certain Republican leaders, like ex-Governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley, have voiced that a vote for Biden might translate into a vote for Harris, considering her presidential bid in 2020. Though Harris’s 2020 campaign was short-lived post the Democratic primary debates, her previous roles still mark her as an influential political figure.
Harris further mentioned her background as a prosecutor while discussing the events of Jan. 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol. She strongly believes in holding former President Trump accountable for his role in the upheaval following the 2020 election results.

She not or will she president. She as dumb as a rock! She doesn’t make sense. Every time she talks no one can understand a word she says. Put there by Obama to destroy America if she gets to be president but is not qualified because her parents are not Americans nor is she. Mother came here for the anchor baby policy then left for Canada. If the democrats think that the American people are going to have her as president the war starts. She useless and has never done any job , borders! World is laughing at the American government and people for their stupidity for letting this unqualified person to become VP.
Just listen to her talk and then you tell me if she’s ready to be POTUS. She doesn’t mumble like Joe, but she sure makes a word salad when she talks and everyone is scratching their heads and saying, “What did she just say?” I can just imagine the interpreters when they finish translating what she said. They probably just shrug their shoulders and apologize to the one that has received the interpretation. By now, I’m sure she has a reputation that she speaks gibberish and makes no sense.
Still not doing anything as VP oh , THAT’S RIGHT !! she is in charge of the border and hasn’t gone there. She made the comment, that she had not been to Europe either. Oh! is she in charge of Europe too???
We can get anyone to just have a title and pay them to be VP.
