Joe Rogan finally made the decision to open a GETTR account on Sunday and encouraged his millions of Twitter followers to do the same after Twitter decided to ban several prominent figures.
As Fox News reports:
“Just in case sh-t over at Twitter gets even dumber, I’m here now as well,” Rogan wrote on GETTR. “Rejoice!”
“GETTR” trended on Twitter throughout Sunday afternoon as users reacted to Rogan’s tweet about GETTR, with many apparently taking his advice and opening an account.

Rogan’s move to GETTR came on the same day that Twitter permanently banned the personal account of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., for spreading what the social media company deemed COVID-19 “misinformation.”
Last week, Twitter also banned Dr. Robert Malone days before he appeared on Rogan’s podcast to discuss the government response to the COVID-19 pandemic and vaccines. Malone, a contributor to mRNA vaccine technology, also opened a GETTR account.

I don’t use social media but I would encourage all conservatives, moderates, and independents who want to hear a real discussion about topics, to consider dumping the existing Socialist Media sites and move to a real thinking, real point talking format. The only way to hurt these existing platforms that have become a mouthpiece for the liberal left is to hit them in the pocketbook.
I have a GETTR account but am rarely on it. Nonetheless, you hit the nail on the head.

I agree with this but you had better be careful about any social media as you give up freedom/privacy ever time you join one… I am so undecided and believe in oher research with this becoming more difficult ever minute. aoc has a high opinion of her self. I thought she was gay. But she was a bartender and must have been in a bar whos patrons were very low level and hard up for anything. aoc is not even on my bottom of the barrel list of people I would be remotely interested in. So she has a very small and very bad sample for her to think she is desirable when in fact she is repulsive. But she is very delusional and has a ootward high worth of herself. Now these are attributes of someone that really has low self esteem and knows she is pretty worthless. Joe Rogan a conservative?? Last week he stated Obama was the best president in recent history. Anyone who states that is more of a Marxist idiot than a conservative.
