Truck Shortage
With pandemic levels of truckers not being on the roads, it has created a trucking crisis where consumers are waiting longer for goods and even airports are running short on critical supplies like jet fuel. As Holly McCormick, a recruiter for Groendyke Transport Inc. put it, “If we’re not able to haul these goods, our economy virtually shuts down.”
