House Republicans are now calling into question President Biden’s new plan to attempt to convince Central American nations to crack down on illegal migrants by sending them cash.

Many Republicans are slamming the plan as an attempt by the Biden administration to buy its way out of the border crisis.

As Fox News reports:

EXCLUSIVE: Republicans on the House Oversight and Budget committees are questioning a reported plan by the Biden administration to send cash payments to Central America as part of a strategy to combat the root causes of the migrant crisis — accusing the Biden administration of trying to buy its way out of a crisis.

Reps. James Comer and Jason Smith, the ranking members on the House Oversight and Budget committees, wrote to Acting Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young expressing concern about a plan for a “conditional cash transfer program” to address the “root causes” in Central America leading to the border crisis.

“In the midst of a border crisis propelled by the Biden administration reversing successful deterrent policies, it is worrisome that the administration’s solution isn’t to reinstate those policies or replace them with workable solutions, but instead to funnel more money to pay countries to dissuade their citizens to break U.S. laws, particularly countries with corruption concerns,” the letter, obtained by Fox News, says.

Roberta Jacobson, the White House’s outgoing southern border coordinator, told Reuters about the proposal last month and said it would be targeted at Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador — three Northern Triangle countries that are the source of much of the migration coming to the border.

Increase taxes and cost of goods for U.S. citizens to pay off 3rd world countries and to support their castoffs who are here illegally. Sounds like a workable plan to me (if I were a mindless leftist democratic socialist).

I don’t hate communism, though the concept does have its share of problems. One major problem is that the ideology that all people are ‘equal’, and that the government will be expanded to exert control of the economy, businesses, populations and cultural processes is a ruse to afford tyrants the means to gain omnipotent levels of authority. As we’re beginning to notice with Numb Nuts, he’s unilaterally deciding what portions of our Bill of Rights we’ll retain at his discretion. He’s also forging ‘equality’ among the masses by mandating speech codes and government hiring quotas (When he’s not arranging for our jobs to be sent offshore). Communism, Socialism, or any variation of those schemes are to tyrants as candy is to a child predator. The concepts induce gullible, vulnerable, ignorant populations to cede their civil rights, religious freedom, cultural processes, economic systems and sovereignty to a perceived form of beneficent government. If there’s one thing people have to learn, it’s that governments are NOT beneficent.
