Liberal racism sank to a new low as every Senate Democrat present Thursday voted to allow colleges and universities to use federal tax dollars to deny admission to Asians and Asian-Americans based solely on their race.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) offered an amendment to hate crimes legislation that would “prohibit Federal funding for any institution of higher education that discriminates against Asian Americans in recruitment, applicant review, or admissions.”
The amendment states “no institution of higher education…may receive any federal funding if the institution has a policy in place or engages in a practice that discriminates against Asian Americans in recruitment, applicant review, or admissions.”
The amendment, which required a three-fifths majority to pass, failed on a 49-48 vote.
Every Senate Democrat, except two who missed the vote, voted to let federally-funded colleges and universities ban students for being Asian. Minnesota’s Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith were not present for the vote, as they were in Minnesota for the funeral of Daunte Smith. They would have presumably voted to permit “no Asians allowed” policies.
Every Senate Republican voted against the “no Asians allowed” policy except Mike Lee, who was not present for the vote but would presumably voted for it.
Cruz offered the amendment following a Justice Department investigation last year that found Yale University structured their admissions policies to deny entry to Asians and Asian-Americans, solely because of their race.
“Prosecutors found that Yale has been discriminating against applicants to its undergraduate program based on their race and national origin and ‘that race is the determinative factor in hundreds of admissions decisions each year,’” The Associated Press reported.
The investigation found students who were ethnically white or Asian had just “only one-tenth to one-fourth of the likelihood of admission as African American applicants with comparable academic credentials,” the Justice Department announced.
“Yale’s race discrimination imposes undue and unlawful penalties on racially-disfavored applicants, including in particular Asian American and White applicants,” Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband, who headed the department’s civil rights division, wrote in a letter to Yale’s attorneys.
“Unlawfully dividing Americans into racial and ethnic blocs fosters stereotypes, bitterness, and division,” read a statement from Dreiband. “It is past time for American institutions to recognize that all people should be treated with decency and respect and without unlawful regard to the color of their skin.”

There should be none of these Hate Laws, because our government is not supposed to structure our cultures, or extend protections by statutes for specific elements of our population. All these measures do is place a large chip on the shoulders of the beneficiaries, who’ll orchestrate situations to ‘justify’ such legislation. (Look at how Jews damage their own property, desecrating their graveyards and painting Swastikas on their Synagogues.) This process underway also indicates media involvement. (There’s the Lawyer element, too, as copious levels of litigation arise in the wake of incidents involving these ‘victims’.) The bottom line we can detect is that our government is able to grow exponentially by virtue of their designating a ‘special’ status to their little pets.
It’s time to ban communists, democrats, socialists, liberals from being in the United States. If found they are to be executed on the spot. It also goes for antifa and black lives matter, no domestic terrorist should not be allowed to live here.

We’re being conditioned to accept (More like endure…) the expansion of government authority into regions they don’t belong.
