The article identifies Fang as a suspected Chinese operative affiliated with a student organization. But it does not specify her citizenship. Is it not illegal for a foreign operative to involved in an American political campaign? If she is an American citizen, that raises other legal questions. And how complicit has Swalwell been in her illegal activities? Obviously the Biden family are not the only ones with nefarious Chinese connections.
