A leading Democrat U.S. Senator tells MSNBC his party will move to possibly remove Trump-appointed judges from their posts by force, vowing they won’t be allowed to “sit peaceably.”
U.S. Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) told host Rachel Maddow if Democrats seize the Senate and White House they will quickly move to eliminate the judicial positions of judges appointed by Trump.
Coons appears to have referred to the confirmations of Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett as “stolen,” and vowed Trump-appointed judges should fear not being allowed to “sit peaceably.”
“We’ve got to have a wide-open conversation about how do we rebalance our courts,” Coons said. “Yes, the two Supreme Court cases that have been stolen, where these processes that are just wildly hypocritical have been used to jam through partisan nominees. But we’ve got to look at our federal courts as a whole.”
That appears to be a reference to Neil Gorsuch, nominated by Trump to filled the vacancy left by the death of Antonin Scalia during the Obama administration, and Amy Coney Barrett, who was nominated and confirmed prior to the 2020 election after the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Neither seat was “stolen.”
But with cities burning and liberal activists threatening to assassinate lawmakers and judges, Coons then said Trump-appointed judges should not be allowed to “sit peaceably.”

“Because they’ve seen hundreds of conservative judges put on circuit courts and district courts all over the country over the last four years,” said Coons. “In many cases, too young, too unqualified and too far right to be allowed to sit peaceably without our reexamining the process, the results and the consequences.”
Coons made the “sit peaceably” remark on MSNBC, a favorite network of James Hodgkinson, who opened fire on multiple U.S. senators and congressmen practicing for a charity baseball game.
Coons then suggested packing not just the Supreme Court with additional liberal judges until they get the rulings they want but packing all federal courts with additional, liberal activists.

So Soros and Bloombergs big Money elected a new President who will keep these criminals out of jail. I feel that all legal American Citizens should carry a voter ID Card with a special number only for that voter. Here is what I do not understand. As judges who follow the constitution follow the law, the liberal judges want the law to be fluid and changing. John Roberts, who was suppose to follow the constitution, ruined his labeling when he okayed the Obama Care Act. As Democrats reportedly argued that the Act did not tax people, Roberts declared the law constitutional because it was a tax. However, Roberts did not understand that all tax laws must be written by the house of representatives and not originate in the Senate.
Follow the law, its that simple. Leave the legislation to the legislators.

The way I have to view this whole Supreme Court issue is that the Supreme Court must be as crooked and unfair as the Democrats & Republicans in congress & Senate.
I’m a old guy now, I remember way back to the 2nd world war , when the Supreme Court was honest and basic’ly enforced the Constitution.
When you have to start worrying about what political party is in power , to nominate a Supreme Court Judge, and the other party gets all p—–off over it, then You have to believe that the judges only have the interests of whatever political party elected them , and to hell with the constitution!!!
If the judges are truly honest , and only deal with whats constitutionally correct , NEITHER political party should be angry over whomever is elected! I really think that Mrs. Barrett will try to obey constitutional law. I think she will find it’s a hard fought effort to keep the process honestly ‘constitutional’ with the other judges.

First of all the reason that President Trump was able to appoint 100’s of Judges to the Judiciary, is because Obutthead left all the positions unfilled. I guess he was too busy taking his family on vacation to make those appointments. So if Obama wouldn’t have been so useless, President Trump would not have had all those appointments! Plus you can’t just remove a Judge, there has to be a reason. And “orange man bad” is not a sufficient reason. And you absolutely can’t just remove a Justice from the SCOTUS!! It has happened many times over the life of the country-oh wait…sorry, this would be the first time in the history of America that a party has even considered removing any justice because of who appointed them. Defend and protect the Constitution, my ass-the only use the Democrats have for the Constitution or the Supreme Court is as an alternate way to get legislation enacted which is too controversial to pass through Congress.
