A leading Democrat U.S. Senator tells MSNBC his party will move to possibly remove Trump-appointed judges from their posts by force, vowing they won’t be allowed to “sit peaceably.”
U.S. Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) told host Rachel Maddow if Democrats seize the Senate and White House they will quickly move to eliminate the judicial positions of judges appointed by Trump.
Coons appears to have referred to the confirmations of Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett as “stolen,” and vowed Trump-appointed judges should fear not being allowed to “sit peaceably.”
“We’ve got to have a wide-open conversation about how do we rebalance our courts,” Coons said. “Yes, the two Supreme Court cases that have been stolen, where these processes that are just wildly hypocritical have been used to jam through partisan nominees. But we’ve got to look at our federal courts as a whole.”
That appears to be a reference to Neil Gorsuch, nominated by Trump to filled the vacancy left by the death of Antonin Scalia during the Obama administration, and Amy Coney Barrett, who was nominated and confirmed prior to the 2020 election after the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Neither seat was “stolen.”
But with cities burning and liberal activists threatening to assassinate lawmakers and judges, Coons then said Trump-appointed judges should not be allowed to “sit peaceably.”

“Because they’ve seen hundreds of conservative judges put on circuit courts and district courts all over the country over the last four years,” said Coons. “In many cases, too young, too unqualified and too far right to be allowed to sit peaceably without our reexamining the process, the results and the consequences.”
Coons made the “sit peaceably” remark on MSNBC, a favorite network of James Hodgkinson, who opened fire on multiple U.S. senators and congressmen practicing for a charity baseball game.
Coons then suggested packing not just the Supreme Court with additional liberal judges until they get the rulings they want but packing all federal courts with additional, liberal activists.

AG Barr said he wasn’t going to prosecute Obama or Biden for the part that they played in trying to unseat President Trump. Joe Biden wanted to charge General Flynn with the Logan Act and discussed this very thing in the Oval Office with President Obama, Susan Rice and James Comey along with several high people in the Intelligence Departments. So Soros and Bloombergs big Money elected a new President who will keep these criminals out of jail. But when things get difficult financially for you and you steal a little food from the supermarket they will put you in jail for years. The green new deal proposed by Bernie Sanders will totally bring about Socialism and then all the stupid voters for the democrats will be suffering with all the rest of us. President Trump should not throw in the Towel yet. Another thing is the way the legality of counting the ballots is definitely in question. I feel that all legal American Citizens should carry a voter ID Card with a special number only for that voter. And early voting could be counted by hand instead of Machines which can be programed to accept most votes towards one candidate over the other. Absentee Ballots are a lot safer that regular mail in ballots. It seems awfully peculiar that VP Biden never made an effort to personally rally his base. Mostly because the Criminal Democratic party made sure ahead of time that VP Biden stay in his bunker and they would guaranty him a Presidential WIN>

They can be impeached, but not for being nominated and voted in by the Senate. There’s this “thing” called The Constitution that defines what they can be removed for doing. Being put on the bench ain’t on the list.
The word is IMPEACH. And yes, it can be done to judges. For the lower court judges, all the Senate has to do is vote against them and tell them they are no longer approved.
