The State of Louisiana is postponing its presidential primary from April 4 to at least June 20 in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
According to WAFB-TV in Baton Rouge, the state will postpone its primary for about two months. Louisiana Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin is expected to address the outbreak as well as the postponement at a Friday press conference.
The widening outbreak of COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, has prompted cancellations around the country and has upended the 2020 presidential race. The U.S. death toll rose to 41 on Friday with the first reported death in Kansas.
The cancellation comes as other states holding contests on Tuesday, like Ohio, struggle to find poll workers and volunteers.
The Constitution allows for postponing federal elections, but that would require an act of Congress.

Every subsequent contest gives Bernie more negotiating power. The shutting off of Tulsi–after she had qualified for the next debate–is another way of helping Biden, since she would have taken votes from him and possibly run him around in circles. Both things would have helped Bernie.

If this corona virus gets worse, they can do what they did in WW 2, they let FDR stay in for an extra term rather than change POTUS in the middle of a war. So, lets leave Trump in for a 2nd term, very simple answer.

Approximately 90 days ago, I read an e-mail written by George Soros & I almost froze in my chair.
It stated that he guaranteed he would do something no one could see coming to stop Trump & it would definitely do that. Shortly thereafter, I started seeing this COVID-19 & didn’t pay much attention, until I saw the stock market almost crash. I then started paying attention & I also read where a Chinese scientist who was angry about something major, created this virus. My opinion was immediately that Soros had colluded with the scientist to achieve his goal of destroying America. If you look at the facts regarding Soros, he has destroyed several countries. I’m 74 & I have never seen anything like this & totally believe it is the work of Soros to destroy Trump & take away all of our FREEDOM. It’s now that we can’t gather in certain #’s, most entertainment of any kind is gone, concerts, sports, festivals & the list is endless. Can one not see what is the end result of this FRAUD, FAKE bullshit!!!! People are not working, not physically communicating, not enjoying any kind of lifestyle, because, we are being prohibited from our FREEDOM. I personally don’t believe anyone has died from this virus, but, conveniently something else is being done to cause all these deaths. In a single nursing home, 29 patients, supposedly died, all around the same time. Isn’t it strange that the older people who voted for Trump & will vote for him again, are being eliminated. It’s truly sad that 90% of the population can be easily lead to believe & do anything, without a second thought. Some of us know better. “They” did not allow FDR to stay in an extra term. Prior to 1951, there was no limit on the number of terms a President could have. FDR was elected to the Presidency a total of four times. He passed away soon after he was inaugurated for the 4th time, in 1945.

I think Mail ballots should be used across the country. In Florida, where I live, you can hand deliver via drive thru as of this past Monday (3/9) for the Primary on Tuesday 3/17 or you can trust the mail. I always hand deliver. They post a Republican and a Democrat volunteer at the collection site. The ballot gets put in a large locked container while you are there, then they turn around and hand you the “I voted” sticker. You can check online to validate that your ballot was received by the Supervisor of Elections in a couple of days. Mine has always been there! (Ballots are counted by a bipartisan group.). I live in Pinellas County and unlike some South Florida counties, we have never had an election scandal like what happened in 2018 in Broward (?) County during the mid-terms when, thankfully, Rick Scott replaced Bill Nelson in the Senate and Gov. Ron DiSantis was elected after Gov. Scott’s 2nd term was over. Pinellas is Purple but we hope to return it to Red this year! Go Trump2020!

Mail in or drop off ballots won’t work, because, depending on whom is working at the polls, they can easily drop them into file 13.

Funny, all you hear is corona virus this, corona virus that. You NEVER heard anything about postponing elections, canceling ball games, shutting down government, ect. over the FLU. Yes, the flu. It has nearly the same symptoms but you never hear about all the people who die from it or from related complications.
