The ODNI (Declassified and made public by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence) has declassified and released a nine-page report, as mandated by the COVID-19 Origin Act of 2023. It focuses on investigating the connection between the WIV and the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. While no definitive conclusion is reached, the report recognizes that both natural occurrence and a laboratory leak are possible explanations for the initial transmission to humans.
The report highlights that various intelligence agencies have different views on the origins. Some lean towards the theory of the virus originating from contact with a wild animal, while others consider a laboratory incident more likely. However, the report explicitly states that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was not artificially engineered or developed as a biological weapon. There is no direct evidence of a leak from the WIV or indications that the lab possessed the virus or a closely related precursor before the pandemic.
The report on safety precautions at the WIV acknowledges that some scientists may have failed to follow proper biosafety protocols when handling similar coronaviruses to SARS, increasing the risk of accidental exposure. The institute has made efforts to improve safety standards, but the report highlights issues with biocontainment protocols and trained personnel.
During autumn 2019, several researchers at the WIV experienced illnesses resembling COVID-19 symptoms. However, subsequent testing showed no presence of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies. The report emphasizes that this information doesn’t support or dismiss any hypothesis regarding the pandemic’s origins.
In accordance with the COVID-19 Origin Act, the ODNI released this report to the public, complying with the demand to declassify relevant information regarding the potential connections between the WIV and the pandemic’s origins.
What took so damn long??
The thought that the subject report may have been classified stretches one’s imagination. The only apparent value un the subject report, at least as the report is presented in this article, is that some Washington bureacrat attached a classification to the report. If the virus being investigated in the report is the Wuhan Virus ( politically identified as Covid-19), then some pseudo investigators are trying to put lipstick on a pig.
There is little doubt in my mind, regardless of how hard the politicians and their puppets try to cover up the truth, that the Wuhan Virus was engineered to have gain of function. The intent and initial location of the research have not been honestly disclosed. It is even in the realm of reality that the research might have originated in the United States, Canada or even a bio lab in Ukraine. Sub-micron sized viruses are easily, though not necessarily safely transported. In regard to intent, my background in microbiology, virology and bio-warfare defense does not rule out either humanitarian or nefarious purposes behind the research, and neither has the phoney report that is subject of this article.
Bottom line; the report my contain ‘real’ classified information, but what has been declassified is smoke and mirrors intended to perpetuate the many lies associated with the intentional 2020 Pandemic.
