Biden Administration Proposes New Regulations on Transgender Athletes in Schools
On Thursday, the Biden administration proposed new regulations that would prohibit schools from enforcing blanket bans on trans-identifying males in girls’ sports. The proposal aims to give schools the flexibility to develop their own participation policies, recognizing that in some instances, schools may adopt policies that limit transgender students’ participation, particularly in competitive high school and college athletic environments. However, the proposed rule would also require schools to meet two standards related to “important educational objectives” and “minimizing harms” to trans-identified students.
Importance of Educational Objectives
The education department has identified two “important educational objectives” when it comes to sports participation policies. One is the prevention of sports-related injuries, which has become increasingly important in light of severe traumas suffered by female high school athletes while playing with trans-identifying males. The second objective is fairness in competition, which is particularly crucial for recipients in certain sports, grade and education levels, and levels of competition.
Testosterone levels differ greatly between males and females. Men typically have 300 to 1,000 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL) or 10 to 35 nanomoles per liter (nmol/L) of testosterone, while women usually have around 15 to 70 ng/dL or 0.5 to 2.4 nmol/L of testosterone. As a result, men tend to have more muscle mass, higher athletic performance, larger lungs, taller stature, denser bones, and higher levels of aggression.
Critics’ Reactions
Parental rights advocates criticized the proposed regulations as too vague, expressing concerns that the rules will scare off schools from enforcing any limits on males in girls’ sports. They argue that the Biden administration is injecting gender identity into athletics while placing the onus upon school districts to determine whether doing so would be problematic or not. Transgender activists, who often don’t care about the fairness of sports or the safety of women are concerned that the rule gives too much leeway to schools that are looking to ban trans-identifying males from competing with girls.
The Proposal’s Applicability
If approved, the rules would apply to all public K-12 schools, as well as colleges and universities that receive federal funding. The proposal will now be subject to public comment, during which it is almost guaranteed to face challenges from critics.
Then hold Biden responsible for every biological girl being assaulted, raped or badly injured on the playing field. Because most of these boys are only claiming to be female to get into girl’s locker, changing, shower and bathrooms. Most are perverts. With them teaching sex to K to like 3 rd. grade they will experiment.

The Biden Administration doesn’t have Constitutional authority to change legislation.
#1 – Sounds unconstitutional. Only Congress and the states are authorized to create laws.
#2 – “minimizing harms“ to all students should be the goal. The fact that they are ONLY considering the impact on one small segment of the student population says a lot.
These rules seem to be self contradictory. I would say to school districts to restrict competition to one’s sex. There could be separate competition for transgenders or they could compete based on their biological sex, their choice.
Biological males are stronger than females. Allowing them to participate in sports that require agility and strength would give them an unfair advantage. If they want to participate in activities that require only the use of their minds and intellect, it would be alright, unless you think that would be giving the girls an unfair advantage!
Wrong, wrong, wrong. Of course the lefty loons hate women so they don’t care if they can’t win at sports or if they’re raped or assaulted in locker rooms. Pretty soon this country will start killing of female infants just like China did. Wait for it.

If Biden’s stupid rule is enforced I hope every single girl on every single sports team in the US quits. Do a massive walkout until this rule is reversed. Trans people need therapy, not coddling. Boys do NOT belong in girls’ bathrooms/locker rooms, they do NOT belong on girls sports teams and boys who believe they are girls are NOT girls. And girls who believe they are boys are NOT boys. I wish one of his grand daughters was in competition so he would know what he is doing to girls. I have never heard of a changed girl going into boys competition.

If Democrats want to do this, they should have their own events. It is ethically wrong for a man to compete against a woman in physical sports. Anyone who says otherwise is just wrong and void of common sense.
The Federal Gov should not be issuing any rules or regulation on this subject. It is infiltrated with too many sexual deviants, including the notoriously corrupt and incompetent career politician who occupies the White House, to make any rational and unbiased decision on the transgender subject .

Think about it: Had the constitutional framers (like their early 1600s predecessors) established government and society upon the Bible’s immutable/unchanging moral law (including Leviticus 18:22, 20:13, Deuteronomy 22:5, etc.) there would be no LGBTQ movement openly proselytinzing America’s children to their perverted lifestyle because no sodomite, lesbian, or “transgender” would dare expose themselves to petition government for their “rights” or to parade their wares in public.
Consequently, this debauchery and everything that comes with it will never be eliminated (and more and more of America’s children will be their victims) until Christians and patriots wake up to the fact that they’ve been duped regarding the biblically seditious Constitution and start exposing it for what it is – America’s greatest national idol.
