The Democrat-run state of Pennsylvania got low marks regarding its response to COVID, ranking as the 42nd lowest state. The state got a score of -1.45. That is a D grade.

  1. Yes, it is very sad to see so many people who died in Red States because they refused to get fully vaccinated against Covid and to mask.

  2. One should have been able to guess. . .ALL DEMOCRAT RUN STATES. . . .and the best states. . .ALL REPUBLICAN led ! ! !
