The chief marketing officer, and longtime lover of disgraced former CNN boss Jeff Zucker, has now resigned after an investigation found she had violated company policy.

As The Daily Wire reports:

Jason Kilar, CEO of CNN parent company WarnerMedia, announced the findings of the CNN investigation and Gollust’s resignation in an email to employees on Tuesday evening. The investigation, performed by an outside law firm, concluded that Gollust, Zucker, and Cuomo violated company policies.

“Earlier today, Allison Gollust resigned from CNN following the conclusion of the Company’s investigation into issues associated with Chris Cuomo and former Governor Andrew Cuomo,” Kilar wrote.

“Performed by a third-party law firm and led by a former federal judge, the investigation was comprehensive and definitive. It was commissioned in September and concluded this weekend, which now allows me to share additional information with you. Based on interviews of more than 40 individuals and a review of over 100,000 texts and emails, the investigation found violations of Company policies, including CNN’s News Standards and Practices, by Jeff Zucker, Allison Gollust, and Chris Cuomo,” Kilar continued.

Zucker had previously resigned from the company after it was discovered he had been carrying on an affair with Gollust, who was his subordinate.
