President Joe Biden called for the Senate to pass to existing gun control bills already passed by the House of Representatives and to also reenact an assault weapons ban on Tuesday.
His remarks came in the aftermath of a deadly mass shooting in Colorado on Monday, a tragedy which he is now attempting to use as an opportunity to push for radical gun control measures.
