Herman Cain
Famed entrepreneur and 2012 presidential candidate Herman Cain first captured the public’s attention when, as the then-CEO of Godfather’s Pizza, he challenged President Bill Clinton’s 1994 healthcare proposal. Cain’s arguments derailed the Democrats’ push to reform healthcare radically for over 15 years. In April 2019, President Trump floated nominate him to the Federal Reserve Board, but Cain withdrew from consideration when it became clear he lacked the support for confirmation. He served as the co-chair of Black Voices for Trump throughout much of the 2020 presidential campaign before succumbing to Covid-19 on July 30.
Walter E. Williams is missing from this list.
As I recall, Herman Cain had several health issues, which were the underlying (if not primary) contribution to his death. The “plannedemic” was a new arrival.
