Fox News host Juan Williams announced suddenly on Wednesday that he would be vacating his spot as a co-host on ‘The Five,’ citing the fact that he would be staying in Washington, D.C. after the show returned to New York City.
As The Hill reports:
Williams, who is also a columnist for The Hill, made the announcement during the “One More Thing” segment of the show. He said he decided to stay in Washington, D.C., when the show resumes filming at its studio at Fox News Media’s headquarters in New York City.
The Five is set to begin filming from headquarters again on June 1.
“COVID taught me a lot of lessons. As the show goes back to the New York studio, I’ll be staying in D.C.,” Williams said.
Williams’s last day at the show was Wednesday. He said he will continue to be a Fox News political analyst and will be working for the network from D.C.
Fox will reportedly be employing a series of random liberals to temporarily fill William’s spot until a permanent replacement can be found

I met Juan a number of years ago and he seemed a very reasonable person at the time. He was the keynote speaker at a gathering where my small family run business was honored in Richmond, Virginia. I understood he has a very conservative son. I don’t understand many of the comments he has made in recent years, things of which common sense would certainly dictate. Best wishes Juan.

I will not miss him! He is the primary reason I quit watching Fox. When first came to work at Fox he was informative, but as the years wore on he seemed to become more of a tool for the left than someone who would offer up a valid counter point. Juan is a nice guy, just with a liberal viewpoint that is hard to rationalize his arguments but he is a creature of what he was involved in for so many years. It gets disturbing when you can’t find common ground on much anymore with liberals of today, they don’t seem happy unless they are upset about much of the world around them.

I, for one, am happy to see Juan go. He is a thorn in everyone’s side. His difference of opinion is seldom backed by fact and he ends up looking silly and stupid. His role is to offer a dissenting

Williams has been an embarrassment to Fox News for a while. He is the only one regulars on the Five not to have his own show. It seems like he was paid to just disagree with logic, reality, and common sense. Other members may lean Republican or even Libertarian, but they do agree with some leftist policies and have open minds. Lately, when watching Juan in his square, his eyes blinked so often, it was like he was using Morse Code to signal to someone to save him. He is probably a decent man as the rest befriended him, but his time had already passed – along with his January 6th, a sane Biden, the national happiness of Joe saving us from the pandemic, and the Big Lie beliefs.
