He fraudulently used 3,000 Illinois “LINK” cards to buy huge amounts of energy drinks and candy, then selling them to make a profit. But despite his crimes, he was released from Cook County Jail on just $50,000 bail.
Released on Bail is not the same thing as “exonerated”, “pardoned”, found “not guilty”. Was he tried?
