Wael Ghosheh

Ghosheh, a Burbank eatery owner, stole almost $1 million in government welfare funds. He fraudulently used 3,000 Illinois “LINK” cards to buy huge amounts of energy drinks and candy, then selling them to make a profit. But despite his crimes, he was released from Cook County Jail on just $50,000 bail.
