Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer is now demanding that healthcare workers in the state be forced to undergo ‘implicit bias’ training in order to obtain a license in the state.

Michigan’s Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced on Tuesday that the state will require health professionals to undergo implicit bias training as part of the licensing process.
The state’s Bureau of Professional Licensing (BPL) sent an email to health professionals informing them that the change would go into effect on June 1, 2022. Under the new rule, bias training will be required for both new applicants and those who are renewing their existing licenses and registrations.
According to the email, new applicants will be required to undergo a minimum of two hours of implicit bias training with a five-year window to complete the training. Renewing applicants must complete one hour of implicit bias training “for each year of the applicant’s license or registration cycle.”
The email defines implicit bias as “(A)n attitude or internalized stereotype that affects an individual’s perception, action or decision making in an unconscious manner and often contributes to unequal treatment of people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, age, disability, or other characteristics.”
The move comes after Whitmer’s statement in march in which she declared ‘racism’ a major public health crisis.
Whitmer is suffering a health crisis – it’s called insanity! She needs to be committed ASAP before she destroys the once great state of Michigan (my birth state).
She’s going to deliver all of the help that she can to help the commiecrats destroy the country
You need help understanding liberals. This is what they do. I equate their hubris with that bunny in the battery ad: They keep going and going and going. Eventually, they’ll have succeeded by erecting a regime which will–instead of just playing with speech codes–impose an onerous, authoritarian rule over our country.
Liberals grow the size/scope/cost/authority of government. This is simply an example of their methods. Fairly soon, those altruist sheep ensembles they’re wearing will be discarded, and we’ll have a regime that will lower the boom on our Bill of Rights, along with the rest of our Constitution.
But that would be when the shooting starts, let’s hope it doesn’t get that far.

We should take the spirit of the founders to heart. Their predicting the rise of tyrants is commendable. Our resolve to maintain a “Free State”, which is codified under Constitutional provisions, should not wane. ANY public official who decides we’re going to be deprived of our freedoms should be terminated.
Since when in this democracy visit allowable to force people to do what the government wishes. I though this was a freecpuntry and not a communist country ran by a dictator.
Because democracy imposes mob rule. Liberals have corralled a sizable number of women, weirdos, illegal aliens, felons, dogs, cats and dead people who elect them, and they parade into office under a “mandate” from their voters. (These mandates are invented by politicians, but they convince their constituents that they’re responding to their demands.) No matter how far outside the realm of government authority these demands are, they’re forced through congress by militant voters who will benefit from these laws and policies.

What professionals are supposed to conduct this training? Who is training the trainers? Whitmer needs to be debriefed herself, trying to let her husband throw his whit privilege around when he wanted to get his boat put into the water during the outbreak there in MI.
