The British-born Manhattan socialite allegedly recruited underage girls for Epstein and his friends’ perverse desires. During her decades-long relationship with the deceased financier, Maxwell navigated the upper strata of society with ease, befriending billionaires, celebrities, and royals.
A book by investigative reporters Alana Goodman and Daniel Halper claims she even had an affair with former President Bill Clinton.
Here’s everything we know about her charges and where today’s developments might lead!
The Charges

- Conspiracy to entice minors to engage in illegal sex acts
- Conspiracy to transport minors to engage in illegal sex acts
- Transportation of a minor to engage in illegal sex acts
- Perjury
These are the first criminal charges for Maxwell, though she had been accused in civil court filings of overseeing of Epstein’s sex trafficking operation.
In recent years, some of Epstein’s accusers went public to detail how Maxwell allegedly peddled girls, some as young as 14, for Epstein and his influential friends.
One accuser, Maria Farmer, recounted to CBS News:
“All day long, I saw Ghislaine going to get women. She went to places like Central Park. I was with her a couple of times in the car. …She would say, ‘Stop the car.’ And she would dash out and get a child,” Farmer said.
Who Are These Friends?

Bill Clinton
According to investigative reporter Conchita Sarnoff, Bill Clinton took more than two dozen trips on Epstein’s private Boeing 727, the Lolita Express.
“Almost every time that Clinton’s name is on the pilot logs, there are underage girls, there are initials, and there are names of many, many girls on that private plane,” Sarnoff said in a recent Fox News appearance.
Clinton also took several trips with a softcore porn actress listed under “massages” in Epstein’s address book.
Alan Dershowitz
At 28, Alan Dershowitz became the youngest professor in Harvard University’s history. However, the legacy of America’s most prolific attorney may be permanently stained.
One of Epstein’s victims, Virginia Roberts — a sex slave recruited at the age of 15 — claimed in federal court that Dershowitz had sex with her “on private planes.”
Ron Burkle
Supermarket billionaire Ron Burkle flew with Epstein, Clinton, and Clinton confidant Gayle Smith (who later served on Barack Obama’s National Security Council) around Africa on an anti-AIDS tour.
The logs from that trip show Maxwell — along with one of Epstein’s alleged victims, a woman named Chauntae Davies joined them.
Davies’ name appears in Epstein’s little black book as one of 27 women listed in an entry for “Massage — California.”
Her Life May Be in Danger
Epstein allegedly hanged himself in his cell at New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center one day after a New York federal court unsealed hundreds of documents detailing allegations against his inner circle.
While the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the death suicide, the world’s most famous pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden, said the evidence points more towards murder.
With the dirt Maxwell seems to have on some of the world’s most powerful people, individuals long seen as immune from prosecution, observers consider her life at risk. After Epstein’s suspicious demise, conspiracy theorists speculated that she was in witness protection or a Mossad safe house. Few expected she would ever be caught. Now in custody, authorities would be wise to do their utmost to ensure her physical safety.

Ghislaine Maxwell has no chance at physical security. She surely knows too much that is threatening to too many corrupt powerful people. Democrats do not let such people live (Seth Rich). Expect another Clinton “suicide” soon.
The only way this woman is going to survive is the president give direct orders to soldiers to guard her with their lives and to ignore orders from anyone else. And I don’t mean just a couple of soldiers. With many there is no falling asleep. BTW I think falling a sleep at your post is punishable by death in the military. In the middle of a complex surrounded by soldiers with the same orders. Several female soldiers in the same quarters on shifts in the same quarters not too leave her out of their site.
