The only change in the delegation will come in the state’s southeastern gulf coast 4th District. Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell, who unseated six-term Rep. Steven Palazzo (R-Biloxi) in this year’s Republican primary, is the clear favorite to capture the seat in the general election.
