The John Fetterman vs Dr. Mehmet Oz race has been a spectacle to watch. The TV personality Dr. Oz rose in political prominence throughout 2020 due in large part to his right-wing leaning response to Covid-19. Fetterman, who has been the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania since 2019, has an actual background in politics. Despite having a political career, unlike Dr. Oz, Fetterman won’t debate Dr. Oz.
Fetterman had a stroke in May, and health issues for a political candidate typically can lead to a disaster. During the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton’s health also became a talking point for many. Since Fetterman’s stroke, he has recently picked up more public appearances, including a fundraising event in the Hamptons.
Pennslyvania Senate hopeful John Fetterman was seen attending a Hamptons fundraising event in mid-August amid stroke recovery as he continues to avoid debates against GOP opponent Dr. Mehmet Oz.
Photos of the unannounced appearance were first posted publicly on Instagram on Aug. 19 by Quinn Blackwell, according to ABC, which first reported the event. Blackwell captioned the photo, “Another fun one with our guy #johnfetterman #winning” before later making his account private.
“The only reason a dude like John would ever go to the Hamptons is because his campaign needs to raise money to fight back against the unprecedented onslaught of attacks and negative ads from Dr. Oz and his rich friends,” Joe Cavello, a Fetterman campaign spokesperson, told ABC in a statement.
“I offered John Fetterman numerous opportunities to explain to me how I can make it easier for him to debate, but at this point… he’s given numerous reasons for not showing up, including the fact he didn’t have time in his schedule,” Oz told “America’s Newsroom” co-host Dana Perino on Wednesday.
John Fetterman’s busy schedule and health issues may be enough to keep him away from a formal debate, but he’ll still find the time to fundraise in the Hamptons and tweet. Fetterman fundraising in the Hamptons isn’t a good look for someone who’s widely viewed as a blue-collar guy, has tattoos, and is a socialist. Along with this, Breitbart has also questioned Fetterman on living off of family wealth. The man once called “America’s Coolest Mayor” in 2009 by The Guardian may find himself in a sticky situation. Dr. Oz certainly isn’t considered blue-collar, however, he at least is not viewed as fake and playing a character.

Fetterman’s Stroke, was clearly a minor TIA, not a major stroke. I( had a major stroke in 2001 had to relearn speaking , seeing (left eye), walking, eating driving but within six weeks I could have taken part in a debate. Fetterman is a pampered worthless Mama’s boy with no guts and no fortitude.

Fetterman’s “political bones” were made in a tiny PA town of 2000 people and a couple of hundred votes ( for him, not the margin of victory) . He runs on the deadbeat tickets that promise everyone everything that others will have to pay for. This guy’s background is so incomplete, it makes you wonder just who is behind this clown and pushing for his advancement. He reminds me of the ” mystery men ” that dragged obama out of a bath house and put him into the presidency. Check out “Wikipedia’s” bio on Fetty, he has a lot of educational achievement, yet no explanation of how he paid for them.
Fetterman is only using the biden, “no debating” method that illegally placed him in office. Fetterman is following the same MO because like biden!, Fetterman is ignorant about the economic issues in Pennsylvania.
