Leaders of the coal industry are now slamming a new climate change bill being backed by Joe Manchin.

The West Virginia Coal Association and several other state coal groups blasted Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia for sponsoring a bill that will “severely threaten” the industry in a statement on Wednesday.
The leaders of eight state coal trade associations slammed Manchin for joining his party in supporting the purported “Inflation Reduction Act of 2022,” which contains provisions that will target the coal industry, according to the statement. Manchin’s support for the bill, which was welcomed by President Joe Biden and environmental activists, is causing the coal sector to doubt the senator’s efforts to protect coal jobs across America.
“This legislation will serve to severely threaten American coal and the $261 Billion of annual revenues that it produces for the nation’s overall economy and attendant 381,000 American jobs,” the groups said, citing statistics from West Virginia University’s Bureau of Business and Economic Research.
The package will hand the Environmental Protection Agency $45 million to regulate greenhouse gases that come from coal facilities under the Clean Air Act, according to the bill. The bill also increases the tax per ton of coal coming from underground mines from $0.50 to $1.10 and hikes the tax on surface mines from $0.25 to $0.55 by changing the tax code and striking down a subsection that reduced taxes on coal.
The associations went on to call the legislation “egregious” and went on to claim that they were ‘shocked and disheartened’ by Manchin’s support for it.

No transparent gas can cause heating of the atmosphere, if it could, then where the atmosphere starts, that the Sun’s rays that carry the heat hits first, would be hotter than when the rays that travel through the atmosphere to ground level, giving off much of that heat of the Sun’s rays down through the atmosphere, then the atmosphere at ground level would then be cooler, because much of the heat was given off at the top and down through the atmosphere.
The Sun’s rays would be giving off most of their heat all the way down through the atmosphere to ground level, making the atmosphere at ground level cooler because there is less heat in the Sun’s rays at that point, than was at the top of the atmosphere, where the Sun’s rays hit first with most of its heat, which started to be left in the atmosphere on its way down to ground level where the Sun’s rays had very little heat left, but in reality the Earth’s atmosphere is heated just the opposite, where it is hotter at ground level, and becomes cooler as you go to the higher levels of the atmosphere.
This alone should convince people that a gas, especially a transparent gas which the Sun’s rays go through and has nothing to collect the heat from those rays, would not be the cause of the heating of the atmosphere in the opposite way the Earth’s atmosphere is actually heated, because the heat is radiated upward and outward from the ground level, where the Sun’s rays with all of their heat, heats the ground and the water of the seas, which then radiates upward and cools as it gets closer to the top and end of the Earth’s atmosphere where the heat is spread over a wider area than it came from at ground level.

It’s not just the coal industry that’s threatened by this idiotic legislation, it’s the entire country, our citizens our security and our future. Soros has stated clearly that his goal is to bring the United States to it’s knees, therfore it’s not surprising that he’s been funding anti-American groups and organizations, bribing legislators and supporting election fraud to insure that the most incompetent leaders are kept in positions of power.
Gates’ motives are unclear at this point. He appears to have been brainwashed into believing that his financial support is being used for the benefit of mankind and is apparently gullible enough to believe that.
Manchin on the other hand is an elected representative of the people. He has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to serve the will of the people. His support of this legislation indicates that he is either too stupid to understand the potential effects of this legislation or that he is aware of it’s real purpose and is complicit with those who are attempting to weaken or destroy this nation. In either case, he has broken his oath of loyalty to this country and demonstrated that he is unfit to hold the office. In my opinion It is the responsibility and the duty of his electorate to remove him from office.
