The Constitution should be amended so the VP doesn’t vote to break ties. If a bill can’t get a majority of _Senators_, it should fail. Also, it makes no sense, given Separation of Powers, for the Executive Branch to cast the deciding, or any, vote in Congress.
And I hope the Republicans are prepared for industrial-strength electoral fraud.
