GOP firebrand congresswoman Lauren Boebert shocked many on Tuesday night when she was spotted wearing a custom made dress with the words ‘Drill Baby, Drill!’ written on it.
As The Daily Wire reports:
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) attended President Joe Biden’s first State of the Union address in a black outfit that said on the back in gold lettering, “Drill Baby Drill.”
The attire comes as gas prices hit a seven-year high. Notably, Biden has canceled the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline and recently halted new oil and gas leases indefinitely.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) approvingly posted a photo of Boebert wrapped in the message to his Twitter account.
