Better known as rapper Kodak Black, Kapri was granted clemency for a federal weapons charge that saw him sentenced to 46 months in prison in 2019, for lying on a background-check form for the purchase of firearms. His commutation was supported by religious leaders, professional athletes, and high-profile rappers.

    1. He didnt pardon him because McConnel threatened Trump by saying if he did the Senate would probably vote to impeach him

    2. Oh no. I begged over and over for his release.
