The Death Row records co-founder, who helped launch the careers of iconic rappers Snoop Dogg, Tupac Shakur, and Dr. Dre, has served more than three decades for attempted murder and kidnapping. Snoop Dogg reportedly enlisted the help of Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner to appeal to the President. Trump commuted Harris’ 25 years to life sentence.

    1. He didnt pardon him because McConnel threatened Trump by saying if he did the Senate would probably vote to impeach him
