Authorities have arrested two men in Southern California for allegedly submitting thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of vagrants in Los Angeles County.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office confirmed it’s conducting a joint investigation with the city’s Public Integrity Division and the FBI.
The Epoch Times’ Jack Phillips reports:
Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, and other charges, said the DA’s office in a news release.
The office said Montenegro allegedly submitted more than “8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October 2020.” He’s also accused of falsifying names, signatures, and addresses on nomination papers “under penalty of perjury to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.”
Montenegro also faces another 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury, and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit, the office said.
If convicted, Montenegro can face as many as 15 years and eight months in prison, while Arevalo could face seven years in prison, officials noted.

She rescinded her okay to approve the Michigan election going to Biden and she has received many disgusting threats to herself and her family members as her Name address and phone number was released and she has received many vulgar text and pics. Why doesn’t the FBI or the DOJ fully investigate this type of crime and hopefully these law departments will insure her family’s safety. They should be able to track down the offenders very quickly and bring them to justice for their crimes.

AND that ballot harvesting is allowed in California is just one more reason for rock-solid federal standards on voting. I proposed the following to my congressman:
1) Federal election voting will start no earlier than one week prior to election day.
2) Unsolicited mail-in ballots will not be allowed.
3) Ballot harvesting will not be allowed.
4) Anyone needing help with a ballot shall go to their polling place and be helped by either someone who is independent or by 1 representative of each party acting together in the common good of the voter (no electioneering; just answering questions).
5) Absentee ballots require a signed statement that the voter is the legal holder named on the ballot and is allowed to legally vote.
6) All ballots being returned via mail or means other than in-person MUST be postmarked by 11:59 pm of the election day.
7) All states must certify the votes within 3 business days of the end of the election day.
8) All states must issue a national ID card which prevents fraudulent use including a picture of the holder, a description of the holder, legal residence, and incorporate other protections to prevent fraudulent duplication of the ID.
9) ONLY US citizens may vote in federal elections as they determine representation in the Senate and House as well as disbursement of federal funds to the states. People who hold dual citizenship shall not be allowed to vote, including so called “anchor-babies”. Children born to those in the US illegally may not vote unless Congress formally acts upon the Supreme Court ruling which went against the intent of the framers of the 14th amendment, allowing children of those in the US illegally to be granted US citizen status.
10) Where the vote difference is less than 1%, scrutiny of the ballots shall be allowed, including review of signatures or other means to verify the identity of the voter with questionable ballots being thrown out if the voter does not validate the originality of their ballot.
11) One representatives of any political party may observe the counting and not be hindered in such.
12) Means will be made to assure that those in the US military will have every opportunity to vote and have their vote processed in due time and in accord with election mandates, laws, regulations.
13) All states shall have purged their voting lists within 1 year of a federal election to assure that those who have moved, died or otherwise are no longer entitled to legally vote in that state are allowed to vote.
