Antifa members in Portland are soliciting donations for bulletproof vests and ballistic helmets following the murder of Patriot Prayer member Aaron “Jay” Danielson at a pro-Trump rally in Oregon’s largest city.

On top of their wish list — ballistic vests and kevlar helmets. Some of the messages express concern that rioters might now be targeted for retaliation in response to the murder of Danielson. Ya think?

Danielson died from a gunshot wound to the chest during clashes between Trump supporters and counterprotesters. According to Peter Webber at The Week, police have a suspect in their sights — Michael Reinoehl — whose ties to Antifa are undeniable.
Portland police are investigating a 48-year-old man as a possible suspect in the shooting, The Oregonian reports. The man, who was photographed walking away from the scene of the shooting, has described himself as a professional snowboarder and contractor, was cited for carrying a loaded gun at a July 5 demonstration. He wrote in a June 16 post that “today’s protesters and antifa are my brothers in arms,” he is “100 percent antifa” and he’s “willing to fight for my brothers and sisters!” The Oregonian reports.
Despite authorities arresting Reinoehl for illegally carrying a loaded gun, he was subsequently released and the charges were not pursued.
Someone needs to investigate on how felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon was dropped. Was his bail paid for by the team @KamalaHarris was endorsing?
