In one of the most-watched events in TV history, the astronauts of Apollo 8 became the first men to orbit the moon and view the Earth from the natural satellite’s dark side on Christmas Eve. As the nation watched images from the spacecraft with rapt attention, Frank Borman, Jim Lovell, and William Anders read lines from the Bible’s Book of Genesis and capped off their oration with the famous line: “Merry Christmas and God bless all of you, all of you on the good Earth.”
God always delivers and most often in unusual ways. Consider the birth of our Savior. No fanfare just a young man and his virgin wife going to report for a census. No room in the inn, but room in a stable that the Creator of the Universe became like one of us in order to grow up and die for His creations sins. And by believing that we are sinners and accepting what Jesus be privileged to spend Eternity with Him. is that not unusual?

There’s absolutely nothing patriotic about Christmas. In fact, there’s a separation between Church and State enshrined in the Constitution.
And if Christ were around today, he’d be mocked and vilified by Republicans. They care about the message only insofar as they can use it as a weapon. A pacifist speaking about giving away wealth, helping the less-fortunate, and embracing the stranger would be thrown out of the GOP.
Your statement that constitution enshrines the separation of church and state is completely false. Not once is that mentioned. That phrase is from a letter Thomas Jefferson wrote in praise of government not restricting the freedom of religion, including within the government.
