Democrats Threaten SCOTUS Security Amid SURGE in Death Threats

In a move that stunned many on Capitol Hill, Democrat lawmakers threatened to pull security funding for the Supreme Court as conservative justices are being targeted with death threats.

“Some Democrats want to add language to the annual appropriations bill, which allocates the funding of the Supreme Court, to direct its justices to adopt more stringent, transparent ethics rules, as well as procedures for enforcing those rules,” The Hill reports.

The requests comes amid a coordinated campaign by liberal activists to use false ethics claims to force the ouster of stalwart conservative Justice Clarence Thomas.  Liberals openly admit they hope the threat of losing security bullies the Court into targeting Thomas.

The move to cut security funding also comes after a ranting speech by now-Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer, bellowing on the steps of the Supreme Court, in which he directly threatened conservative justices.

“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price,” screamed Schumer. “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

The Department of Homeland Security now reports that liberals, outraged over the Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and decisions blocking liberal legislation, have stepped up death threats against conservative justices and even their legal clerks.

Since the court’s June 2022 decision to let states set their own abortion laws, liberal mobs have targeted conservative justices in their homes and in public.

One liberal activist was arrested in June 2022 just blocks from the home of conservative Justice Brett Kavanaugh, armed with a rifle, knives, and zip ties as part of an admitted plan to kidnap and kill Kavanaugh.

With a one-seat conservative majority, the resignation or death of a conservative justice would allow President Joe Biden to flip the Court and use it to pursue a liberal agenda.
