According to a shocking new report, dozens of American children and their parents are now reportedly stranded in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan with only days to go until the US Military’s full withdrawal from the country finishes on August 31st.

At least 24 students from the Cajon Valley Union School District in El Cajon and 16 parents are stranded in Afghanistan after taking a summer trip abroad.
They are among thousands of individuals waiting to leave the country amid political unrest caused by the U.S. military pullout after 20 years of occupation. The U.S. government is accelerating efforts to rescue Americans as the Taliban takes over the country.
Cajon Valley Supt. David Miyashiro told school district board members via text message Tuesday that he and other Cajon Valley staff met virtually with U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Bonsall) and his staff about the situation.

When America engages in foreign conflicts, our government issues stern warnings to travelers, churches, our military mobilization forces and our allies to avoid travelling to that region. I would furnish the Foreign Clearance Guide and the classified version of that guide to flight crews planning sorties to fly into countries involved in conflicts. You would get the impression from reading the many admonitions published that you shouldn’t be messing around in nations where bombs will be falling around you, and IEDs were planted along the highways and byways.

Are these students Afghani people who carry both U.S. and Afghan citizenship? I ask because it makes a difference. If you listen carefully to what the Taliban are saying with respect to who they will and will not allow out of the country you will hear that they are not going to allow Afghanis out but they will allow U.S. citizens. Now to you this doesn’t make sense. After all aren’t Afghani people also U.S. citizens? Well yes and no.
When a person carries dual citizenship that person actually comes under the jurisdiction of both countries with which he/she holds citizenship. International law instructs us that they way in which competing jurisdictions with regards to which nation’s laws are operable states that, the country in which the individual is physically residing at the time the dispute arises is the country whose laws hold sway. So in other words dual citizenship can be both an asset and also a liability.
The Taliban is asserting its legal national jurisdiction over all Afghanis who are living in Afghanistan, whether temporarily or not, at the time that they took over the country. And according to international law they have the right of national sovereignty to do this. The U.S. would do the same thing if the shoe were on the other foot.

If it were my ballgame I would advise the USA citizens to get rid of their passports or any Id that shows their USA citizens,…. to those who are at the airport will go thru USA screening questions before boarding any aircraft. We dont have time to do background checks on anyone. The screening questions would be about American trivia that any USA citizen should know. Its the only way to discern the real Americans from impostors without alot of red tape. We also must warn the enemy that we may go nuclear if we cannot get our people out of the country.

It is a pity that US citizens are being evacuated by other countrys because of the Moron in the WH. A transport plane was photographed loading Americans in Kabul and naturally the assumption was it was a US plane. That was until UAE (United Arab Emerites) was seen on the side of the aircraft. EVERYONE who is a true patriot must ask WHY is devastation totally aligned with Democratic incompetence? How can Democrats sleep at night? An integral, honest, trustworthy voting system is essentially the key to America’s future, and it’s ethical and moral code of conduct. How do we achieve this? It must be achieved ‘by the people and for the people’, not by politicians and for politicians.
I’d hold off on the incompetence aspects. Nothing liberals do is accidental or unwitting. Something’s up, and while all of these plates are spinning to divert our attention, there’s foul play afoot that will not be revealed until we can’t do anything about it.
