Cruz alluded to a disclosure made by a whistleblower regarding a report, identified as FD-1023, which supposedly contains accusations of a $5 million bribery scheme implicating President Biden and his family during his tenure as vice president.
Cruz stated:
“Last month, a whistleblower brought to light the existence in the FBI of a report, an FD-1023, in which the informant alleges that President Biden and his family members engaged in a $5 million bribery scheme during his time as vice president.”
Cruz added, “Deputy Director Abbate, is it true that the FBI has a report making those allegations?”
Point-blank, Cruz inquired whether the FBI possessed this report, but Abbate chose not to provide any comment on the matter.
Furthermore, Senator Cruz raised the assertions put forth by Senator Chuck Grassley, which maintained the existence of 17 audio recordings involving an informant affiliated with the Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma. Cruz specifically asked Abbate whether the FBI had these recordings, specifying that 15 of them involved Hunter Biden and two involved Joe Biden. However, Abbate once again declined to corroborate the existence of such recordings.
Cruz stated:
“Yesterday, Senator Chuck Grassley stood on the Senate floor and alleged that there are 17 recordings of this informant from Burisma, Ukrainian natural gas company”
Cruz added, “15 of them are recordings, voice recordings, of him talking to Hunter Biden, two of them are voice recordings of him talking to Joe Biden. Deputy Director Abbate, does the FBI have 17 voice recordings laying out evidence of a bribery scheme?”
The exchange between Senator Cruz and Deputy Director Abbate persisted for several additional minutes, with Cruz tenaciously pressing for answers and information.

We have a handful of Republicans without MSM support calling out the appalling criminal activities that the FBI has been forced against its will to reveal to Congress and the public about the Biden crime family. Since the DOJ and the FBI are accomplices by not only hiding evidence but unwilling to pursue investigating the Biden’s or even entertaining the idea of prosecution despite the evidence that supports such action. Railing against their obvious contempt of the law, their responsibilities to enforce the law and their in your face arrogance toward Congress and especially the American people, insures nothing whatsoever will be done against Joe and his syndicate. I recommend the US Marine Corp storm the FBI and the DOJ and take all of their leaders hostage until their seats can be filled with honest replacements that believe that justice is not a two tiered system.
