Howard Stern, 68, is a self-described germaphobe. While the shock jack radio host often acts as if nothing phases him, apparently, COVID was too much to bear. Stern decided to stay in his “bunker”, where he’s also been presenting his radio show out of, since the pandemic began.

Stern finally decided to leave the bunker, and he’s been spotted out at dinner with multiple celebrities including Jennifer Aniston, Jimmy Kimmel, and multiple other celebrities according to Page Six. Page Six also added that Stern was hanging out maskless at the table.

On his Monday radio show, Stern discussed the experience of going out for the first time in two years.

“I really had an exhausting weekend, emotionally, physically,” he explained, “For the first time in two years I ventured out of the house.”

Stern also added that leaving the bunker after two years of isolation.

“… was too much for me. It was too much. I haven’t been out in two years.” Stern then added,“I know our president has told us the pandemic is over and everyone is walking around without masks … I still just don’t want to get COVID.”

Stern has been hard on those who aren’t in a panic about the virus for some time. He seems to believe that he’s doing the right thing by staying in the house.

The left has said throughout the pandemic that missing holidays with your loved ones, being educated through zoom, not being able to go into an office for work, and just overall isolating yourself from society isn’t an issue. However, we now see that people have become hermits who are afraid of the world. Along with this, children have not been educated in a proper setting.

While non-celebrities were forced to endure COVID lockdowns, now, Jimmy Kimmel is reaching out to Howard Stern saying,

“We’re worried that we’re going to lose you from society because the longer this goes on, the more comfortable you get in that little world. And then it’s harder and harder to get out of it … it’s unhealthy.”

Of course, this is the exact world that Kimmel was more than comfortable with me or you living in. However, he doesn’t want his friend Stern to go through that.

  1. maybe if just got covid and got over it, he’d figure out it’s no big thing. I’m older than him. I had it. Didn’t die.
