Senator Chuck Grassley announced on Monday that a Burisma executive, who is accused of paying Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, possesses audio recordings of their conversations. Grassley referred to an FBI FD-1023 form that was shared during a congressional briefing, as reported by Fox News. The redacted form allegedly mentions a criminal bribery scheme involving Joe Biden during his time as Vice President and a foreign individual with influence over U.S. policy decisions.
Grassley stated:
“The foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. 17 such recordings.”
“According to the 1023 the foreign National possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden.”
“These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national.”

Last week, Fox News reported on the contents of the form, which detailed an FBI interview with a credible confidential source. The FD-1023 form, although not directly seen by Fox News, reportedly mentions fifteen audio recordings of phone calls between the executive and Hunter Biden. It also indicates that the executive has two audio recordings of phone calls with Joe Biden when he was Vice President, which were kept as a precaution.
The form also suggests that Joe Biden may have played a role in Burisma’s decision to involve Hunter Biden on its board.
In response to a subpoena, the FBI provided the document to the House Oversight Committee, allowing committee members to review it securely on Capitol Hill.
