Santos has remained a point of contention following a continual stream of lies since he first took office in January. Santos turned himself into the federal court in New York Wednesday, at which point the indictment files were released. Those charges include seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of theft of public funds, and two counts of making materially false statements to the House of Representatives.
