QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley Released Early from Prison to Halfway House
Jacob Chansley, known as the ‘QAnon Shaman,’ has been released from prison to a halfway house after serving just 27 months of his 41-month sentence for his role in the storming of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Chansley pleaded guilty in September 2021 to civil disorder and violent entry to the Capitol, among other charges. While it is unclear what led to his early release, his attorney, Albert S. Watkins, praised the decision and stated that Chansley is “a gentle and intelligent young man.”
Federal Guidelines for Early Release
According to federal guidelines, prisoners can receive reduced sentences for good behavior. However, under these guidelines, Chansley would have served at least 35 months and 22 days of his sentence. Watkins declined to comment on what led to the early release, stating that it was a decision of the US Bureau of Prisons.
Tucker Carlson’s Footage and Exculpatory Evidence
Earlier this month, Tucker Carlson aired footage from the January 6 riot that showed Chansley being escorted by Capitol Police officers through the building, while other officers allowed him to pass. Carlson argued that the footage proved that the rioters were “sightseers” and “mostly peaceful.” Chansley’s former lawyer stated that he had not seen the footage and argued that it was “clearly exculpatory.”
Chansley’s Future
Chansley’s release to a halfway house will allow him to transition back into society gradually. His attorney expressed confidence that Chansley will lead a “law-abiding and enriching life” moving forward. Bureau of Prison records show that his release date is set for May 25.
Subsequent to 1/6/21, the MSM showed clips of Mr. Chansley in his strange attire within the Capitol; but I thought, even then, that he seemed respectful and congenial…what’s the big deal?” But MSM labelled him a leader of the “insurrection” that wasn’t and a leader of QAnon. (Does QAnon exist?) God has answered my prayer that the injustice to this man is, at least, mitigated. How many more injustices to go?

Glad to see this fellow is getting out of jail….never should have been put there in the first place. This whole situation is a dem drama that got out of hand and should have been declared illegal. It is time to allow everyone who want to speak out to get their opportunity to speak…..the dems have hogged to limelight for far too long. They just keep repeating the same stuff and we never learn anything from their commentary. They are sure good at griping though. So….let’s move on from this dem drama and get on with our real lives!

When viewing the video with Ashley in it, she is flanked by SWAT police, so why was she shot and killed? What danger did she pose? The evidence requires an answer.
Tucker Carlson pulled the pants down on the federal justice system and exposed it for the corruption it is. That’s what led to the early release of Jacob Chansley pure and simple, anybody with the brains of a gnat can see that.
After “just 27 months”. You try spending over 2 years of your life as a political prisoner and tell me it is “just” 27 months. This country is run by tryants.

Well, it’s about time ! He was “railroaded” just like most of the other J6 protesters are. It’s so obvious since Capitol police let them in and most just wandered around and took pictures. But others that caused trouble were not charged like RAY EPPS. Because it was ALL STAGED by our government to fit it’s narrative. Now that the video’s are out, we see what the truth is. Its totally disgusting that he had to serve even the 27 months. He did nothing but walk around and never should have been sent to prison at all. Yet the DOJ says they have another 1000 Americans in their sites who did even less. Its political persecution. Disgusting travesty of justice in what is now a 2 tier justice system. He should never have been charged with anything..period. We, The People should never be refused entry to a government building since WE THE PEOPLE own those public buildings. It was evident he was not only peaceful; video even shows him outside trying to turn people back from entering while extolling a peaceful assembly. Of course the Dems refused to release any of this video because it would destroy their accusations.
