Fox News stated Judge Newman said,

“Ladies and gentlemen, we have to evacuate the building at this time so we’ll be in recess until we discover what’s going on.”

As of now, the jurors are on an early lunch, until 2:30 p.m. but it is possible the court will not return to the session for the rest of Wednesday.
