Insiders familiar with the investigation into the FBI’s handling of a confidential report regarding a source have made claims against the Bidens, alleging that they exerted pressure on a foreign national named Mykola Zlochevsky to pay them an illicit sum of $10 million. The report, known as FD-1023, consists of a series of 17 audio recordings, with 15 of them featuring phone conversations between Zlochevsky and Hunter Biden, while the remaining two involve Zlochevsky and the then-Vice President, Joe Biden.

Senator Grassley disclosed on Monday that the founder of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, reportedly had 17 recordings linking the Bidens to a pay-to-play scandal. 15 recordings involve discussions between Zlochevsky and Hunter Biden, while the remaining 2 feature conversations with Vice President Joe Biden. These findings are outlined in the FD-1023 report.

In the June 30, 2020 FD-1023 document, a confidential source revealed that they advised Zlochevsky to distance himself from the Bidens in 2015-2016. After Donald Trump’s election victory, the source asked Zlochevsky about his reaction. According to the source, Zlochevsky expressed concerns about the potential investigation into the payments he allegedly made to the Biden family, including $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden. The source claimed that Zlochevsky complained about being coerced by the Bidens to provide these bribes.

There is currently no independent verification of the investigative actions mentioned in the Delaware FD-1023 report. Despite perceived inadequacies in the FBI’s investigation of the pay-to-play scheme, banking records released by the House Oversight Committee reveal a consistent pattern of public corruption involving foreign individuals and Joe Biden.

Given the complexity of the payment trail, it may take several years to fully uncover the extent of Joe Biden’s involvement. However, it is crucial to address these concerns before the 2024 election, considering the numerous allegations that targeted Trump during his presidency, which often resulted in nothing more than media hit pieces.
