The National Institute of Health, headed by Doctor Anthony Fauci is slated so spend $2 million of your money to experiment on innocent puppies.
The Washington Free Beacon reviewed heavily redacted documents they obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. An NIH contractor, Immune Corp, recommended “six-month old puppies” for twisted tests when other “allergy dogs” were unavailable. The documents indicate they intend to drug the dogs with experimental chemicals. It’s unclear whether or not they followed through on these experiments.
When the Free Beacon interviewed White Coat Waste Project’s public policy and communications manager, Devin Murphy, he told them that there were other alternatives. “Fauci’s white coats at NIAID have forced taxpayers to pay millions to de-bark and poison puppies, infest beagles with ticks and flies, and, now, needlessly torture puppies to test a new drug to treat a runny nose. Even NIAID’s own contractor acknowledges that the dog testing demanded by Fauci’s agency is unnecessary because alternative animal models are available.”
This isn’t the first time Doctor Fauci found himself in a twisted scheme of testing on puppies.
Representative Nancy Mace spearheads the PAAW Act through her organization the White Coat Waste Project to investigate and put this animal abuse to an end. She explains that effort draws significant bipartisan support and that the unresponsive organization must be held accountable.
“As an animal lover, I was recently disturbed to learn about the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ barbaric taxpayer-funded experiments on beagle puppies. In fact, I wrote Dr. Fauci a month ago asking specific questions related to this gruesome testing. And do you think I received a single response? Far from it,”
Vice President of Advocacy, John Goodman had this to say.
“For years, NIAID has been wasting tax dollars to de-bark dogs, poison puppies, and infest beagles with flies, worms and ticks. Recent polls show that these wasteful animal experiments are opposed by a supermajority of taxpayers — Republicans, Independents and Democrats alike,”
