A Wisconsin school employee charged in connection with the brutal mob assault of a state senator is about to go on trial.
Samantha Hamer, 26, has been given an October trial date for her role in the June 2020 brutal mob assault of State Senator Tim Carpenter at the Wisconsin State Capitol.
Hamer and a co-defendant, Kerida O’Reilly, 33, are charged with “substantial battery and robbery with use of force as a party to a crime.”
Hamer is reportedly on administrative leave from her job as a social worker for the Mount Horeb Area School District.
Carpenter, a Milwaukee Democrat, attempted to videotape protesters outside the capitol when three of the liberal activists attacked him, knocking his phone out of his hands and punching him.
Reporters on the scene told police they heard the mob mention Carpenter and his phone. Liberal protesters routinely assault and even attempt to kill bystanders and journalists who photograph or videotape them in public.
They testified Carpenter was then attacked by a mob of as many as 10 liberals, who kicked and punched them while he pleaded to them he was “an ally.”
Capitol Police were able to rescue Carpenter, who had to be taken to the hospital and underwent surgery after collapsing from his injuries.

“Punched/kicked in the head, neck, ribs. Maybe concussion, socked in left eye is little blurry, sore neck & ribs. 8-10 people attacked me. Innocent people are going to get killed. Capitol locked- stuck in office. Stop violence now Plz!,” Carpenter posted to Twitter at the time.
“The person they beat up was a Democrat who happened to be gay and he was probably out there rooting them on or something because Democrats think it’s wonderful they’re destroying our country,” said President Donald Trump at the time.

That’s a given considering fat stuff is not rotting in jail right now so she gets her medical treatment, home at night, able to converse with her lawyer whenever she wants, etc., while most people associated with Jan 6 are sitting in a DC jail while the DOJ dawdles, postpones and otherwise delays the trials to ensure the accused are willing to confess to whatever the DOJ demands so they can get out.

Guess we’ll see if the courts in Wisconsin can do any better job of securing justice against these animals or if there is a two tiered justice system there as in Oregon or DC.
