A new ad from the U.S. Senate campaign of Pennsylvania Democrat nominee John Fetterman is raising more concerns about Fetterman’s honesty, after its featured “longtime Republican” who is now voting for Fetterman turns out to be a longtime Democrat voter and donor.
In the ad a Yardley, Penn. man, Bradley Stein, claims to be a “longtime Republican” who has suddenly switched parties to support Fetterman.
Stein claims his sudden party switch, after a lifetime of supporting Republicans, was in response to President Donald Trump’s conduct after the 2020 election.

“The reason why, after being a registered Republican for almost my entire adult life” he is supporting Fetterman is that “the Republican Party sued to throw my son’s vote in the garbage” after the 2020 election.
The ad makes it appear Stein is a lifelong Republican who has never previously supported a Democrat and only switched because Trump sued to throw out ballots in the 2020 election.
But Breitbart reports that Pennsylvania’s voter registration system shows Stein has been registered to vote as a Democrat since 2011.
Federal campaign finance records also reveal he has been a prolific Democrat donor since at least 2009.
Of the 176 reported contributions to any federal candidate from any Bradley Stein in Yardley, Penn, the only Republican to receive donations was John McCain in 2008.
That completely contradicts his insinuation in the ad that he has never supported a Democrat.
“The only explanation for Fetterman’s lie is he can’t actually find a Republican who would vote for the radical man child,” says National Republican Senate Committee spokeswoman Lizzie Litzow.
“Voters across the spectrum know Fetterman is too far Left and dangerous for Pennsylvania. It’s embarrassing for him that he has to stoop so low to lie about his supporters,” says Litzow.

The same playbook is now being used in Georgia where I live. There is an ad trotting out several ‘lifelong’ Republicans who are now switching to Warnock due to his ‘sterling character.’

There is also an ad running proclaiming that if you don’t vote for Warnock there will be a ‘run-off’ which will spoil your Thanksgiving plans. Oh my, how dreadful. LOL
