Biden Press Secretary Janet Yellen is now claiming that a potential Supreme Court decision striking down Roe vs. Wade would somehow harm the U.S. economy.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen claimed on Tuesday that restricting abortion access to women in the U.S. would have damaging effects on the nation’s economy.
Yellen shared her perspective during testimony to the Senate Banking Committee regarding research related to abortion access and income levels.
“I believe that eliminating the rights of women to make decisions about women, whether to have children would have very damaging effects on the economy and would set women back decades,” Yellen said, according to a Reuters report.…“What we’re talking about is whether or not women will have the ability to regulate their reproductive situation in ways that will enable them to plan lives that are fulfilling and satisfying for them,” the treasury secretary noted.

If Yellen read the opinion she would see that there was not a single word against the procedure of abortion. One could not determine if Alito was pro choice or pro life. The draft merely states that the constitution does not require women an abortion as a constitutional right and that each state should determine any limitations and its legislatures would then be subject voters. In other words each state, subject to the voters in that state rather than 9 persons in robes make that determination for them.

Women already have that capability, there are contraceptives available for them, and men. They could also have their tubes tied and demand the men have vasectomies. Or they could abstain. They’re hollering they have a constitutional right to have control over their own bodies but the fact is they have no control of themselves. Someone has to protect the little babies who can’t protect themselves against murderers.
