A federal judge has now ordered the FBI to immediately stop it’s search of ‘Project Veritas’ Founder James O’Keefe’s phone, after his house was raided in connection to an investigation involving the diary of President Joe Biden’s daughter.
As PJ Media reports:
The raid was a chilling and frightening overreach by law enforcement of protected journalistic work product. O’Keefe has said that his phone offers a window into what other projects he and his staff are working on — projects the Biden Administration may not want him to cover.
The FBI raided O’Keefe’s apartment about 6 a.m. on Saturday with a phalanx of agents taking his electronics and other information, which they claimed would help discover how the journalist came into possession of President Biden’s daughter’s diary.
They claim the diary was stolen. O’Keefe denies that characterization.

Judge Analisa Torres ordered the FBI to stop exploiting information contained in O’Keefe’s phone and to verify that they’d done so by Friday.

‘Project Veritas’ and O’Keefe have reportedly been in negotiations with the Justice Department over the diary for over a year.

Too late to make a difference…….Heck I bet ten minutes after taking his phone…..all the info on it was copied and will be given to those that will use it against whom ever they find on it. Also the hair sniffer does not follow …..ha ha…..court orders and even tells others not to follow them…..SO why should the fbi follow these orders. Now if there actions were illegal, which seems to be the indication here that it was…..are any of them going to be charged that did the raid, are any of the so called higher ups that ordered this going to be charged….Heck I will answer my own question with….NO.
