A state court in Pennsylvania has now thrown out a new mask mandate unveiled by Pennsylvania’s acting health secretary that would have required all children in K-12 facilities to wear masks.
As Fox News reports:
An order by Pennsylvania’s acting health secretary that requires masks inside K-12 schools and child care facilities was thrown out Wednesday by a state court that said she lacked the authority. The Wolf administration said lawyers were directed to file an immediate appeal.
Commonwealth Court sided 4-1 with the ranking Republican in the state Senate and others who sued to challenge the masking order that took effect in early September as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf’s spokesperson said Health Department lawyers were directed to file an appeal to the state Supreme Court on Wednesday, a move his administration said would effectively put the new decision on hold.
The judges said acting Health Secretary Alison Beam’s mandate did not comply with the state’s laws about reviewing and approving regulations and was adopted without an existing disaster emergency declared by the governor.
Mask mandates for children have become a major cause of controversy in recent months as schools have begun to reopen.
Why would anyone want children under 18 to be made to wear masks. Science has proven that those children are 5 times less likely to get seriously ill or die from Covid than they are from the seasonal flu! Also, that children are far less likely to spread Covid than adults are. There needs to get a special grand jury authorized by the SCOTUS to investigate all the mandates, including masks, that government has handed out that are contrary to science!

Stupid people think the mask is helping, but it’s like trying to stop a mosquito with a chain link fence! In my granddaughter’s school, they are finding the kids getting ill, but not from covid. No, they are getting strep, mono, and West Nile, and Valley Fever. All on the increase as kids are wearing masks! Yeah, I guess breathing in all those pathogens isn’t good.

If your comment made sense it would mean we should wear masks every day all year since there is always something out there to get you. And washing children’s masks shouldn’t even be a job for mommas or anyone else because children nor anyone else should have to wear masks at all. Masks are about control. LOL. You have done NO research. I was in the hospital for three weeks with covid. And ALL of the nurses who treated me HAD HAD COVID. That is right. They had the very best N95 masks. And it still did not stop them from getting sick.
As to the vaccine? 50% of the people who are sick enough that they are in hospitals in Florida HAVE BEEN VACINATED.
Actually masks cut down on oxygen getting to the lungs and brain. There is no reason for healthy children to wear a mask, and it is been proven that long time mask wearing is detrimental to anyone’s health.

The masks have no affect on the transmission of the virus but do set the children up for other illnesses that would be much worse for them. Unfortunately ignorant parents are allowing this to continue since I often see parents masking their toddler children and I live in an area of Texas that is literally “back to normal”. Either some parents have bought into the COVID hype or they are so caught up in their virtue signaling that they have no problem putting their children at risk. They are also the ones most likely to line their children up to be lab rats for the pharmaceuticals.

Unconstitutional mandates are not legal period. The vaccine has not been approved by the FDA. Only one vaccine has been approved and that one is not available in the USA. One person in the FDA said we have to start giving it to children to see if it’s safe. So if you are ok with your children bring used as guinea pigs, have at it

Take note that there aren’t any studies going on with the whole masking thing. That’s because it’s definitely not about the science or about saving lives. I’ve got COPD and use oxygen. Masking makes it impossible to get rid of excess co2. I’m sure that’s not good. I’m just glad that we can’t be fined yet for being maskless while driving like in some countries. This crap has got to ✋ stop.
