Gunmen from some of Mexico’s notorious drug cartels have reportedly been taunting soldiers of the Texas national guard tasked with guarding the US Southern Border.
As The Daily Wire reports:
On Wednesday, a report surfaced that gunmen for the drug cartels south of the American border have been taunting Texas National Guard soldiers by standing across the Rio Grande with AK-47s.
Bill Melugin of FOX News tweeted, “It was reported that in multiple instances over the past several days, Texas DPS tells me suspected cartel gunmen involved in human smuggling have stood in & near the Rio Grande in Starr County and taunted TX National Guard soldiers. They wear tac vests & have AK47s.”

Texas GOP Governor Greg Abbott tweeted earlier this week, “Texas National Guard is gearing up at the border for increased caravans attempting to cross the border caused by Biden’s open border policy. They are working with the Texas Dept. of Public Safety to seal surge locations at the border & arrest trespassers.”
Former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott said on Wednesday night, “It’s basically — think like football. Basically they fake a play over here and the real play’s going to the left. So when we get distracted with 15 to 20,000 Haitians under a bridge, that resulted in several hundred miles of border having no border agents on it at all. That’s where the cartels push the narcotics through; the criminal aliens, people that will not give up. We have over 400,000 documented ‘gotaways,’ people or incidents where people crossed the border and got away this past year; hundreds of miles of border where we have no idea what took place. That’s what mass migration creates.”
Please STOP it’s not mass migration geese fly south for the to avoid winter and loss of food same for many animals and was true when Germany’s Angela Merkel said she would take in Refuges from civil strife brought on by isis she later regretted allow in that many and the reports of what is happening now are being stifled. The point is we have laws concerning crossing our border without permission many are given permission after they cross but with a promise to show upon court which about 3% may. Illegal entry into the USA the USA no matter the border East Weat North or South it’s illegal and all should be relocated to the nearest country from which they are leaving.
The correct term is INVASION, not migration. You know, that thing the U.S. Constitution says the Federal government is required to protect states from having occur.
Send the guards/troops to the areas where the “get aways” are entering and forget about the 15K of haitian migrants. The only reason the guards are at the popular borders is to act to welcome the illegals into the country, no strings attached. We feed, water, transport, house, etc the illegals that give themselves up to border agents like they are checking in to a cruise. Gee, does that encourage others to follow them?
Best way to end the border crises once and for all…we should invade all of South America..annex them..make each country a state…instead of having presidents…each of these annexed countries would now be states run by governors answerable to our laws and Constitution…and we should wipe out…annihilate the drug cartels and gangs in the process.
HELL NO!!! Billions would immediately become welfare recipients and make our already terrible fiscal imbalance even worse. In addition, those “NEW” states would all vote Democrat because Dems would promise them the sun and the moon.
Unfortunately, many in our legal system (lawyers, judges, prison systems) benefit from the illegal drug programs. What we need to do is send in undercover Navy Seals and eliminate some of the human traffickers and drug cartels. Maybe even eliminate one or two top dogs of these drug cartels. Let the others know that Americans will eliminate the rest should they continue to ship their drugs north.
Closing our entire border, and searching the trucks coming across, etc. will slow the drug and human trafficking biz.

In our history, we had constant problems with Mexico. Finally, General Pershing pushed through clear to Mexico City and it ended with the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. Make it a free fire zone. Put up large multiple signs in multiple languages on the border telling anyone caught in this area will be shot. Give it a week to sink in then start shooting invaders. This will stop really quickly. This is an invasion not an amnesty movement and we need to treat it like one.

Why not? With the way the Biden administration has been behaving, if cartel gunmen crossed the border into the U.S. and started firing on U.S. border patrol agents, Biden would threaten to fire any agent who returned fire.
