FIRE wrote that Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) kicked a student out of student housing for his speech and threatened a student journalist with discipline for simply doing his job.
After a verbal fight between Rusell Parker, a student, and a HINU staffer, Parker was kicked out of student housing and forced to sleep in his car. After parker requested a hearing, FIRE got involved and asked for information. HINU inadvertently copied the organization on an email telling staff to disregard inquiries and tried to gag a student journalist, Jared Nally, into not publishing a story critical of HINU community members in The Indian Leader.

Is it my memory of this article OR, are there more schools located in NY than all the rest located in a single state?
IF ANY COLLEGES ARE PUSHING THEIR ANTI-AMERICANISM EGENDA ON STUDENTS, THEY SHOULD BE DEFUNDED FROM RECEIVING ANY KIND OF GOVERENT FUNDS EVER MORE. AL LOT OF THESE COLLEGES HAVE BEEN PUSHING THEIR ANTI-AMERICAN AGENDAS FOR THE PAST 50 YRS. THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED, ONCE AND FOR ALL.
Someone needs to send Tony & Guido to the many Dean’s offices and make them offers that they cannot refuse.
