Floyd was a CRIMINAL, had he followed the police orders to be placed under arrest, he would be alive. The police did NOTHING WRONG. The medical examiner reported that it wasn’t a homicide, this guy OVERDOSES on 2 dangerous drugs, PERIOD!!!

His comments prove beyond a doubt that he was stoned out of his mind at the time. He died from his own drug overdose, and because he was a big strong Negro man, being restrained by a small, older policeman without a lot of body mass. Chavin HAD to restrain him the way he did, because of the size and strength difference. Besides the method was and is still approved as a method of restraint, considering the conditions then present at the scene. Chavin did absolutely NOTHING wrong; and only a hard-over racist would say anything different.
I saw the video and first off….I saw nothing that would indicate that race had anything to do with it…in fact…the video I saw had them talking to him very politely while trying to get him in the cruiser. He kept saying ” Don’t shoot me man” but I didn’t see anything that indicated they were going to shoot him. This was a very big man…resisting arrest…and acting crazy. How could the knee on the back of his neck shut off his breathing….also he was complaining about not be able to breathe before they put him down…which he himself asked to be put down. But these guys are cooked because in today’s age….the mob rules…..as we have seen over and over.
Everyone in the US would know by now (if the MSM reported the facts) that Floyd was a career criminal, with a history of violence. He had had encounter with Chavin before, and Chavin knew what to expect from him. Floyd was a large strong man, and Chavin was a small, older, and not very strong police officer. Floyd consistently refused to obey the police directives he was given, and had to be physically restrained by Chavin. Chavin’s knee on the neck was a perfectly reasonable and valid method of holding down the much larger man, who was trying to get up and resist Chavin’s directives.
Floyd died of an overdose of several street drugs, including a lethal dose of fentanyl – according to medical analysis. As usual, Democrats lied and screamed “racism” – still another Democrat Party lie about anything they do not like. Democrats are simply no damn good! Chavin is innocent!
This man basically killed himself with drugs. Period.

Lt. Richard Zimmerman, the longest-serving member of MPD, was asked whether he has ever been trained to kneel on a person’s neck. BUT he didn’t tell the truth entirely because all Police Officers including himself, are trained to kneel on the back just below the neck to keep the suspects from moving. When used, it puts pressure on the spinal column making it painful to move and usually works except when the suspect is under the influence of drugs. If you watch the videos shown of Officer Chauvin kneeling it is very clear that his knee was on the back just below the neck as he was trained to do. The knee was never on the neck as people have claimed and there was no bruising of the neck or cartilage area as noted by the ME’s. This whole trial is nothing but a farce being perpetuated by rogue prosecutors who have accepted money from George Soros and his pet projects. Although I am not nor have ever been a police officer, I have read about the kneeling force and the training given on it by various police agencies. Even the FBI Special Response Teams (SRT) use it and train police agencies on the use of it as well. Floyd died from the effects of fentnyl, the drug that was present in his system along with other drugs. Other witnesses have testified of his previous drug use and that he seemed to be high shortly before his death…. The public is being lied to and given false innuendos on this entire situation/incident sadly and Officer Chauvin is being scapegoated by the politicians and prosecuting attorneys.
