The Supreme Court just halted a massive COVID-19 rule for US businesses. The law required all businesses with more than 100 employees to mandate vaccination. The court found that this was a gross overstepping of administrative power and stopped the law in its tracks.
This will not stop vaccine mandates for health care workers, but it is still a huge win for liberty in the United States.
