The remains of Brian Laundrie, the former boy friend of Gabby Petito and leading suspect in her death have now been found in a wildlife refuge in Florida.
As Fox News reports:
The FBI on Thursday confirmed remains recovered from the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park in North Port, Florida, on Wednesday were Florida fugitive Brian Laundrie’s.
A comparison of dental records confirmed the 23-year-old’s identity, according to the FBI.
Laundrie’s former fiancée Gabby Petito, 22, turned up dead near a Wyoming campsite the couple shared in late August. The FBI discovered her remains on Sept. 19.
“On October 21, 2021, a comparison of dental records confirmed that the human remains found at the T. Mabry Carlton, Jr. Memorial Reserve and Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park are those of Brian Laundrie,” the agency tweeted Thursday.
The remains reportedly only consisted of exposed bones.

Too convenient, finding the “bones.” Not impossible to have cooperation in using this “locating the bones” to lay the search to rest. My opinion. And, would there only be bones after approximately 30 days in water??
It’s been reported that an alligator was spotted nearby picking his teeth with a toothpick.
This whole thing sounds fishy, how did his parents find the remains so fast? Unless he was partly eaten by something, bare bones wouldn’t be found this soon. How about a DNA test? Is he really dead or are his parents covering up something?

Strange things around the discovery of his body. From the beginning of the search his parents have spoken only through their lawyer. Understand need for lawyer but camping out with their son when they knew he was wanted for questioning. Really!!! Were they people who found him or any of his belongings. What were they doing helping the FBI and others searching for him? Something just doesn’t compute with their involvement.
