On Friday, former Congresswoman and 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) called out Chicago’s mayor Lori Lightfoot for her anti-white racism.
Lightfoot has made headlines in recent weeks for a policy refusing interviews to white reporters, and instead only granting the ability to interview her if that reporter is of an ethnic minority.
She then doubled down on Thursday in a letter, writing In her letter, accusing the press of embracing “overwhelming whiteness and maleness,” claiming it is the mayor’s job to address the lack of diversity by censoring those with direct access to her.
Rep. Gabbard blasted Lightfoot, writing on Twitter, “Mayor Lightfoot’s blatant anti-white racism is abhorrent. I call upon President Biden, Kamala Harris, and other leaders of our county—of all races—to join me in calling for Mayor Lightfoot’s resignation. Our leaders must condemn all racism, including anti-white.”

Lightfoot’s comments effectively segregating the press by race appears to be flocking in the opposite direction than a supposed strive for “equity” and “inclusion” with white people being excluded based solely on the color of their skin.
Good for Tulsi. At least one Democrat has the guts to call racism racism no matter what color the person being racist is! Lightfoot is more racist than 2/3 of the stuff the Democrats are accusing white people of.

Calling on the “president ” and his vice to admonish the racist Chicago mayor is in itself a joke and futile effort. Both know that they have nothing to contribute except that which they are told to say. Otherwise, they would never have the positions they were placed in. We need to look beyond to recognize the real power behind these poor excuses for leadership.
Lightfoot is a failure in a wide variety of her (?) responsibilities of office. The driving force behind her decisions and actions/inactions seems to be vengeance, not a focus on fixing the problems that her job entails. She just refuses to see right and wrong staring her in the face.
Never going to happen, if it weren’t for double standards the left and the media in this country would have no standards at all!

Tulsi is moral, honest and quite correct. I wonder if she is fated to be the Socratic gadfly stinging the Democrats into catastrophic self awareness, or whether she is on the verge of turning Republican. The Democratic party of sociopaths may be beyond redemption.
Mayor Lightfoot is the perfect example of why we have a high rate of “racism” in this country. It is not the every day black or white citizen that causes increased racism, it is our elected officials who disgrace all people with a constant barrage of “Everything White or Black” is racist. We should shit can all of our racist, elected officials. Black, White, Asian, Indian, etc., and elect people that do not wake up daily with hatred for other races or nationalities. If we, as Americans, embrace others with respect and get rid of the racist elected officials, we would find racism is not nearly as prevalent as our elected officials want us to believe.
